I took a great class on Blogging from Bob Hutchinson (www.BlogClasses.com), which taught me how to use different WordPress Themes. This is my first new theme that I thought was appropriate for Carlsbad! In the future you’ll be able to read about what’s happening in the Carlsbad housing market, tidbits about Carlsbad and North County, thoughts I wish to share, and some court decisions that I find interesting. As a “Recovering” attorney, I still find the law fascinating even though I’ve retired from the active practice…and, as always, I remind people that I’m not licensed as an attorney in California!
However, if you have an interesting general question on a real estate legal issue, email it to me, and I may include it, and an answer, in one of these blog posts. Its not the suite that I worry about, you look too serious. Is it the R/E market?
